Story Behind the Need: Seeking a QA / QC Test Analyst to support a combination of their ongoing project & Mobile App Regression testing.
Business Group: Part of the Digital Group, focusing on high performance Mobile Banking application to all customers.

Typical Day in the Role:
– Day starts as a true agile project, daily stand up scrum meetings
– Provide updates
– Get details of next days work
– Sprint planning , test scheduling and test execution
– Testing as per the Acceptance criteria defined in user stories
– iOS / Android App installation using Xcode / Android Studio
– Validation of client side and server side error messages , requests / responses through Charles Proxy
– Create Test Strategy , come up with Test Device Matrix and review with program team
– Execute test scenarios, scripts or procedures
– Exploratory Testing , Backward compatibility testing
– Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
– Develop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers
– Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
– Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
– Create or maintain databases of known test defects
– Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
Must Have Skills/Requirements:
1. 5-8 years of hands-on Testing experience with Native mobile apps – iOS & Android
2. 3+ years of prior Financial / Payment solutions / Banking experience – Please submit resumes with recent experience in the last 5 Years ONLY
3. Most Recent project experience with Charles Proxy AND Postman
4. 2 + years’ native accessibility testing using JAWS Screen Mirror + Screen Magnifying tools (all mobile testers run accessibility testing and work with team on developers)
5. 2+ Years experience in testing Financial products / Image Account Reconciliation / payment solutions
Nice to Have Skills:
1. French testing experience and bilingual is a plus
