The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within IT Infrastructure is accountable for the solutions and systems that support Identity Management and Web Secure Access in the organization, both employee and customer facing.
These infrastructures include Global e-Security (GeS) – services providing secure user authentication and Single Sign-On solutions for company websites and retail store.
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to manage projects that involve Secure Access and Single Sign-On integrations. This position represents a professional growth opportunity and is a key factor for success of the Identity & Access Management program within the company.
? Manage and lead highly visible projects with multiple functional groups and vendors involved
? Work independently and under guidance from supportive and collaborative project managers, as your peers
? Manage project team to complete specific tasks on time and within the client imposed schedule
? Identify project issues when they arise and lead issues to resolution where required: involve others in problem solving and creative thinking ? Manage relationships with other project stakeholders, i.e. other delivery teams, operations, release management
? Communicate regularly with the project stakeholders and provide status-updates on the delivery progress
? Efficiently manage time and successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
? Coordinate project deployments into Production environments: involve in a release and change management Critical Competencies: ? 5+ years of Project Management experience in a client facing delivery organization
? Demonstrated knowledge of IT solutions delivery in enterprise environments, their design, implementation, maintenance and operations
? Strong team player with ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment: will be required to work in partnership with many different teams, both internal and external
? Must be a clear, open and effective communicator with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
? Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong written English
? Experience in managing financials and aggressive timelines: ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a supportive work environment
? Must be able to provide progress reports including: project delivery status-updates, meeting summaries and risk analysis
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Power Point Preferred Competencies
? University Degree, PMP or equivalent business experience
? Experience in business analysis, ability to create and document Use Cases and business requirements
? Bilingualism (English & French)
