Project Manager – Junior
Role Responsibilities:
• Establish and Executing project plan
• Managing status reports
• Coordinating related work – setting up sessions, keeping on track, highlighting issues, escalations
• Helping manage master list of suppliers and risk assessment processes from a coordination perspective
• Capture risk issues and stay on top of reporting
• Working with stakeholders across Procurement
• Administrative coordination as required
Must Have Skills:
• Familiarity with project management, have managed small to medium size projects in the past
• Detail oriented
• Collaborative style
• Strong and tactful communication skills
• Ability to hold parties accountable for deliverables
• Pursuing PMP
• Business background (not technology)
Nice to Have Skills:
• Supplier management experience (internal and external suppliers)
• Change management exposure
