Project Manager (Finance Systems & Integrations)

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Managers to lead a variety of Finance technology initiatives, including the implementation and integration of third-party applications with an enterprise ERP platform. The ideal candidates are strong, hands-on Project Managers who can quickly take ownership of projects, operate independently, proactively identify and resolve issues, and drive delivery from end to end. Key Responsibilities Lead Finance technology, application and systems integration projects from initiation through implementation. Manage third-party application implementations and integrations with enterprise ERP and related systems. Own project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies and overall delivery. Partner with Finance, Technology, vendors and business stakeholders to define requirements and drive project execution. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reporting, risk mitigation plans and other key project documentation. Proactively identify risks, issues and roadblocks and drive them through resolution. Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines. Facilitate requirements, business process, solution design and technical discussions as required. Provide clear project status, risks and key decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership. Take ownership of existing projects mid-stream when required and successfully drive them through completion. Qualifications 8+ years of IT Project Management experience. Strong experience delivering Finance systems, enterprise applications and/or ERP projects. Demonstrated experience leading systems integration and third-party application implementations. Proven ability to independently manage complex projects with minimal oversight. Strong understanding of project risks, dependencies and technical integration points. Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams. Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project. Knowledge of SOX, financial controls and/or audit requirements is a strong asset. Business Analysis experience is an asset. PMP/PMI certification is an asset.
