Story Behind the Need:
-Leads the delivery of a number of connected programs supporting the bank’s efforts under the Canadian Financial Consumer Protection Framework, and heeding compliance with regulations. The PM will own the execution of a number of digital properties, and will support their performance and contribution to the bank’s regulatory offerings.

Typical Day in Role:
•Project Manager for the programs delivery across .com and authenticated channels. The PM will manage the delivery timeline, apply its resourcing, and manage it through into production. The project includes the build of custom components within AEM via in-house development team, the update and replacement of key content items within .com, and the integration of these with cross-channel journeys.
•The PM will own specific project planning, and ensure work is delivered on time and to quality. The PM will also assist with budget and resource management on all strands of the project under their leadership.
•The PM will lead teams from various organizations, including marketing, design, analytics, engineering, content and CX, to create smoothly functioning delivery vehicles within the program.
•The PM will ensure measurement and optimization programs are planned with partner teams and will share responsibility for site performance. The PM will lead analytics and dashboard development via analytics teams.
•The PM will manage key relationships with stakeholders around the bank, and balance the needs of customers with commercial imperatives of the bank.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years’ of relevant digital Project Management experience – must be in a manager capacity
2) Knowledge of experience delivery across complex enterprise websites
3) Web project management, digital marketing, digital analytics
4) Capability with web, back-end and omnichannel programs
-Financial institution/banking experience is preferred
-PMP and scrum master or relevant similar qualifications
-Strong collaboration skills
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
