Programmer Analyst – React/AEM
Typical Day in Role:
• Design, develop, and implement APIs and microservices, using in-demand languages and technologies (e.g., React)
• Coding, implementing unit tests
• Responsible for non-functional testing, load testing
• Working with other back-end teams external to Commerce Engineering to design the solutions
• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
• Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
• 100% back-end role
• Working on enhancement of existing applications
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1)5+ years of Hands-on experience developing and supporting customer facing production applications using technologies & standards such as but not limited to React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, WCAG 2.1, responsive designs,
2)3+ years of Experience in full cycle AEM implementations using version 6.3+ (AEM component template development, OSGI bundles and workflow, plus integrating AEM with other applications)
3)2+ years of Hands-on experience developing and supporting high-availability customer facing applications deployed on public clouds such as Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Software development experience using java/JEE and related frameworks.
