Product Owner – Junior

Role Mandate: The main function of a product owner will be roadmap building, specifically related to the optimization of ChatBot, coordinating with team members as well as external stakeholders in order to see various Digital Products through to production.

Role Responsibilities:
• Primarily involved in Roadmap building
o Able to build out a ChatBot as well as retrain ChatBot for purposes of optimization
• Coordinating with content writers as well as technical staff in order to execute deliverables
• Managing the entire Digital product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Managing Multiple Digital Products
• Manage the team to ensure timelines are adhered to
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders in order to meet deadlines

Must-Have Skills:
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Experience working on digital virtual assistants/chatbots = building, deploying, training and on-going enhancements
o ChatBot experience is a big plus but not required

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous FI experience.
• Experience working on digital products [mobile apps, websites etc]
