Private Cloud Infrastructure build lead

Typical Day in Role:
• Lead, build, upgrade Private Cloud infrastructure including vary HCI solutions (like Dell VxRail, Dell Powerflex, Nutanix), vSphere/VMware Cloud Foundation, vRealize Suite management components.
• Providing Level 2 support & vendor escalations for transitioned services with on-call shift.
• Development of technical documentation of configuration and operational procedures for service operations teams (build & runbooks) & technical specifications.
• Contribute to implementation planning and lead/execute the implementation.

Must-Have skills:
– 8+ years of hands-on technical working experience with the design and/or deployment and/or operational support of:
– Dell vxRail and/or Powerflex hyperconverged clusters or Nutanix HCI solutions.
– VMware vSphere Hypervisor
– VMware vSAN or VMware Cloud Foundation
– Collaboratively work with 3rd-party datacenter service provider
– 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience with Networking technologies and operational experience.
– 5+ years of hands-on experience with the architectural design and/or deployment and/or operational support of VMware vRealize suite (including vRealize Automation, vRealize Operation Manager, vRealize Log Insight, etc…)
– 8+ years of hands-on technical working experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and/or Red Hat Linux 7.x/8.x.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Previous FI experience is an asset

Soft Skills:
– You possess excellent technical communication skill and documentation writing skill for architecture/deployment instructions.

Education/Experience:
– Completion of a post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering or in a related technology-based stream.
