Bilingual Offline Support Executives
On behalf of our largest Telecom client, Nexus Systems Group is looking for 3 Bilingual CSRs’ with previous call center experience.
Job Location : Dixie Rd, BRAMPTON, ON
Duration: 4 months Contract, Start date 11.01.2018
Bilingual Offline Support Executives – Responsibilities :
- Provide world class customer service when handling incoming calls.
- Listen to customers, analyze their needs and offer adapted solutions.
- Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues.
- Identify customers need for additional Telecom Client's products and services.
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end.
- Meet established productivity objectives.
- Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance
Bilingual Offline Support Executives – Required Skills :
- 1-2 yrs of call center experience
- Bilingual in French/English
- Must be able to work shifts – this operation works 7 days a week. Shifts for successful candidates working 5 days per week with 2 days off anywhere from Monday to Friday
- Have a high school diploma or higher;
- Possess basic computer knowledge (Windows-based systems and internet navigation);
- Possess superior multitasking abilities;
- Demonstrate ability to positively influence others (propose options/solutions to customer);
- Know how to deal with problem issues with a sense of urgency;
- Are punctual and committed to work schedules.
