Title: Professional Loan IQ Tester – subject matter expert
Story Behind the Need
Business group: GWO – Lending Services – operations of corporate lending services.
Project: Loan IQ business and system testing expert primarily responsible for creating and executing test scripts for the Loan IQ implementation project (ACBS replacement).

Typical Day in Role:
• Understand the corporate lending business, current vs future state target operating model and business requirements in order to form comprehensive test plan/ scripts for execution.
* Execute test cases of LIQ functions, configurations and Datanet reports through planned cycles, address/resolve/ document defects and resolutions. Liaise with various business stakeholders (GWO lending services, Director, various managers who support day to day operations, finance, RBI project team, regulatory business initiative team, Technology, and the system vendor) to review and accept test results.
* Test data validation of migration dress rehearsals.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• review, assess, test, support product designs and changes.
• Incorporate market changes in test scope (Benchmark Rate Reform), project change requests, new vendor upgrade features.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 4-7 years of proven expert experience in Loan IQ and DataNet – testing methodologies, risk management, lending business knowledge, deep understanding of Benchmark Rate Reform market conventions
2) 4-7 years of experience in lending operations, specifically production processes, quality control, costs
3) Expert knowledge of software such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience using ACBS
2) Within lending operations experience, an understanding of reconciliation systems and payments systems ie. SWIFT systems is an asset

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
