Business Group: The Enterprise Risk Management Solutions team provides risk based analysis to multiple high profile groups throughout the bank.
• Project: Technical Lead will work closely with the larger team with regards to the Audit Project. Working with the business to review and assess business needs for improving or enhancing their audit functions from IT perspective. Technical Lead will be working to assess business needs and oversee the implementation and documentation of the project. • Story behind the need: This Project is kicking off in November and will take roughly 2 years which opens the possibility for extension.

Typical Day in the Role:
– Working with the technical analysts and outside vendor to ensure project needs are met
– Attending working sessions with the team regarding project updates
– Overseeing the development and implementation of changes determined by the business
– The following tools will be utilized: Microsoft OS Virtual Machines, SQL Server Databases, Microsoft Power Apps, and Teammate Plus (Wolters Kluwers)
– The technical lead will be participating in the planning and kick off of
Must Have Skills:
1 – 5 -7 years’ experience as a Technical Analyst
2 – 1-2 years’ experience working in a Lead TA role
3- Working experience with SQL Server Data Bases, Scripting Language, Knowledge of Data architecture and design and VM Cloud Integrations
4 – Experience working with Rest based API
5 – Prior experience working on System Integration projects
Nice to Have:
– Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
– Experience with Teammate Plus
Soft Skills:
– Communications, the successful candidates will need to effectively communicate as bridge between teams.
Best Vs Average: experience in application dev. Installing into existing systems and implementation, system purchased and implemented into a banking environment
Degrees or certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
