Typical Day in the Role:
– Lead daily scrum huddles to discuss the project at large and address daily concerns
– The successful candidate will be given daily tickets/stories to address and assisting other members on the team with regards to issues/escalations
– Addressing any new enhancements or bugs as required
– Coordinating with Business Analysts and Quality Analysts to provide insight into the changes made to the system and advising on testing
– Working within an Agile work environment to address project tasks

Must Have Skills:
2-3 years experience as a Lead Developer
5-7 years of proven Talend experience
5-7 years of previous experience as a Salesforce developer implementing Salesforce Projects
5-7 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex
5-7 years of experience with Financial Service Cloud experience

Nice to Have:
Previous Financial Institution experience particularly in Asset Management
API experience is highly preferred

Soft Skills:
– Strong written and verbal Communication Skills are a key aspect to this role
– Relationship building skills
– Time management and general organization
