Story Behind the Need
• Business group: Canadian Banking Analytics
• Project: Project Salesforce and Customers Marketing Engine Is rebranding their channel in which they obtain customers and is seeking a Pega Campaign Developer to execute complex customer marketing offers using the Pega application
• Reason for request: Additional workload

Typical Day in Role
• Design and integrate customer decisions, segmentation and recommendation/decision logic to help elevate our customer’s experiences across channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey
• Apply Next Best Action design principles and build decision strategies using Pega application to execute and monitor marketing offers as well as coding using Pega Application
• Document and implement business requirements to deliver key customer interactions across multiple channels
• Analyze and synthesize data around campaign presentment and customer responses to identify trends, deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving acquisition and engagement
• Act as an analytics generalist and liaison between analytics, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders and channel partners
• Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 1-2+ years of experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager
• 1-2 years+ of experience with Pega/JAVA coding
• 1-2+ years of experience working with multiple business partners and delivery timelines
• Certified with Pega Decisioning Consultant (PCDC)
• Analytical background with a quantitative focus, such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science
• Experience with relational databases and solid SQL skills (SQL Server, DB2, MySQL)
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering marketing communications in a multi-channel marketing environment an asset
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Previous FI experience is a plus
• Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation an asset
• Past experience in the financial sector or campaign analytics
Soft Skills:
• A high aptitude for problem-solving and a natural interest in understanding customer behavior
• Strong quantitative skills
• Self-motivated
• High attention to detail
Degrees or certifications:
• Certified with Pega Decisioning Consultant (PCDC)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
