Story Behind the Need
Position: Data Management Analyst (Executive Administration and Project Support), HR Service Operations / Global HR Services
Business group: Global HR Operations & Operational Excellence
Project: Contributes to the overall success of the Executive Administration and Project Support team within HR Services Operations in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Typical Day in Role:
• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Identify, analyze and support opportunities for improvement in the process and effectiveness of delivering project objectives and goals.
• Assist Consultants with complex employee inquiries, resolve escalated inquiries and provide coverage for overflow work when required.
• Monitor the quality of change processes and requests, runs regular daily/weekly reports to assess performance against standard procedures and SLAs.
• Provide support to the team and senior management with timely and reliable execution of activities related to reporting metrics and key performance indicators.
• Seek opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, and propose recommendations to Managers and Senior Managers, Data Management.
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with our banking clients Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 1-2 years’ experience in Business Analysis – being able to pull and put together reports at a moment’s notice.
• Strong computer application skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
• Proven ability to work independently.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Bilingual in French an asset
• Relevant experience in resolving customer service requests.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity.
• Experience with transaction processing and data management.
• Experience in conflict/issue resolution.
Soft Skills Required:
• Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work independently.
Education:
• Post-Secondary Degree in Human Resources or Business or pursuing an education in a related field preferred
