Junior Business Analyst

Typical Day in Role:
-Write test scrips
-Conduct UAT
-Defect resolution
-Gather Business Requirements based on company policies
-Review policies and offer enhancement solutions
-Writing/creating reports
-Offer process improvements where necessary

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) Advanced Excel Knowledge (Macros) and proficiency with MS Office Products (outlook, work, PPT)
2) 1+ years of experience with UAT
3) 1+ years of experience running reports, reviewing policies, gathering business requirements and aligning the three (preferably in FI)
4)1+ years of experience in detecting technical system defects and providing resolutions

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) JIRA/ Sharepoint
2) Spanish
3) Workforce Time and Attendance
4)PowerBI
5)experience writing scripts
