Story Behind the Need:
• The Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for 2 resources to fulfill the IT Recruiter role. The main function of a recruiter is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.

As the Technical Recruiter, you will lead recruitment initiatives and build recruitment strategies for high profile areas within the Technology Team. You’ll work with some of the best and brightest, helping to identify key talent through out-of-box approaches and sourcing strategies. Typical Day in Role:
• Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships, leveraging the bank’s broader relationships, systems, and knowledge
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process and deliver work consistently in a fast-paced environment, managing time and effort for technology hiring needs
• Work closely with executives and leaders on complex hiring needs by developing robust, multi-channel search strategies to attract technical contributors
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines
• Understand and execute amidst shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities
• Build a substantial competitive intelligence knowledge base of desired areas, companies, and technical skills.
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
1) 5 years of progressive recruitment and hands-on sourcing experience
2) At least 2 years of experience working in IT/Technical recruitment
3) Excellent research/sourcing skills like Boolean, LinkedIn search, and alternative search techniques
4) Experience building diverse candidate pipelines for complex and niche roles
5) Expertise in inclusive technical and behavioral interviewing techniques
Soft Skills:
• Persuasive communication skills, with expertise in building rapport and meaningful relationships with candidates and business
• Putting candidate experience first, and understanding the importance of creating positive experiences, regardless of whether a candidate is hired
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one time.
Candidate Review & Selection
• Maximum 3 rounds of interviews:
o 1st round interview – hiring manager (45 minutes)
o 2nd round interview – director TA (30 minutes)
o 3rd round interview – Senior manager digital team (30 minutes)
