Story Behind the Need:
Business Group: Digital Marketing
Project: – Insurance website rebrand project. The PM is need to help run the project for the rebrand of the ecommerce website that began at the beginning of April.
Candidate Value Proposition: This role is more on marketing side. The successful candidate will be working with internal partners and have the opportunity to get to know more about the insurance industry. There is also a high possibility for extension.
Typical Day in Role:
• The main function of the Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities that include project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, track and manage project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
• Manage project resources including procuring project staff (1 content manager), developing, motivating, coaching and advising
• Partner closely with other members of functional teams (business line, marketing, design and technology) to define business requirements,
• Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing,
• Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures,
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses, Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
• Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
• 2 meetings on a regular basis – informing the stakeholders – meeting with the team
• 1 PM – delivery lead and developer from technology side, 1 marketing, 1from business line, 1 search engine optimization team.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 5-7 years experience proven project management experience
2. Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale
3. PMP or PMI certification
Nice to have Skills:
Experience with ecommerce websites a plus.
Adobe experience manager

Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, Business, Marketing or related field required
