Contract Location: Toronto
Contract Duration: 7 Months
Project Summary: Moving 4500 users from one user to another. Once complete, notify the legal department and strategies proper disposal of past data.
2nd project- extracting all data from CAMM archive solution, converted into a global relay format.
Job Responsibilities:
– Develop, track and manage project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
– Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
– Partner closely with other members of functional teams to define business requirements
– Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
– Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing Facilitate the User Acceptance
– Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
– Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
– Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
– Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
– Ensure data transformation is completed successfully, performing validation checks
Qualifications:
1. Prior hands on experience with data transformation projects
2. Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
3. At least 7 years of IT PM experience
4. PMP Certified
5. Prior technical hands on experience/background in data extraction from one data set to another format.
Nice to have skills:
1. FI or Banking experience
Education:
Bachelors in a related field
