Job Description

We are looking for an IT PMO Analyst/Coordinator to support the delivery and governance of a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of PMO, Project Analyst or Project Coordinator experience who is highly organized, analytical and comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders. What You Will Do Support project intake, portfolio coordination and centralized project tracking Consolidate project data and produce portfolio reporting and executive dashboards Track project risks, issues, dependencies and key actions Support project setup, resource onboarding, access provisioning and time tracking Monitor SDLC adherence, stage gates and required project documentation Support SOX controls, compliance and audit readiness Coordinate PMO governance meetings and reporting cycles Maintain PMO templates, standards and SharePoint sites Provide reporting, coordination and documentation support to Project and Program Managers What You Bring 3–5 years of experience as a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst or Project Coordinator Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects within an IT/enterprise environment Strong analytical, reporting and data consolidation skills Proficiency with Excel and reporting/project tools such as Power BI, Jira and MS Project Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid SDLC methodologies Exposure to portfolio management, governance and audit/compliance processes; SOX experience is an asset Strong organization, attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field CAPM, PMP or equivalent certification is an asset
