This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and exposure to many aspects of next generation video technologies.
This role may include being part of an on-call rotation, with some work required outside the standard Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm timeframe.
Candidate should have:
• Ability to systematically troubleshoot to find root cause when experiencing anomalous behaviour
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in an Agile team environment
• Desire to continue self education and learning
• Knowledge and experience with hardware and software integration, verification testing, quality assurance and system testing
• Knowledge of Networking Technologies
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, Home Networking devices, Firewalls, & Proxies
• Experience with Wireshark, Python, Powershell, Atlassian Jira (or other requirement/ defect management software), REST APIs
• French language proficiency is an asset
