Job Title: HRIS Analyst – Healthcare
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 12 months
Task-based I&IT Consultant, Level 2 will be required to:
- Provide daily ongoing Tier 2 subject matter expertise to 215 HRIS clients, providing payroll guidance with the Quadrant Workforce application, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management and QSS modules for accurate and timely payroll to 32,500 healthcare employees through the Footprint ticketing system or other mechanism;
- Prioritize regularly scheduled support activities along with urgent, often unscheduled support requests, and legislative changes with a high level of responsiveness and time sensitivity;
- Liaise between users and other team members including Database Administrators (DBA’s), System Administrators, Network Administrators, Privacy and Security Specialists, and Software Subject Matter Experts, CRA, CPA for payroll related legislative changes as required;
- Identify application defects and assist in complex trouble shooting and root cause analysis; and
- Follow all established Service Management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Management Information System (MIS/HRIS) Experience – 30%
- Experience in investigating issues, troubleshooting, and resolving cases for MIS and HRIS Solution for Healthcare clients
- Experience in performing root-cause analysis, providing workarounds, and resolving complex issues with MIS Solution components, MIS environment, and HRIS Quadrant application
- Experience with MIS Solution Report modifications to meet the reporting needs of healthcare client
- Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, RMS and MMS is desired
- Proficiency with HRIS Quadrant application, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management and QSS modules is desired
- Proficiency with payroll legislative requirements and certification is desired
Technical Skills – 25%
- Expert-level knowledge in implementing and supporting financial systems, especially in providing functional level expertise in supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP and HRIS Quadrant applications
- Subject matter expertise in evaluating and testing Microsoft Dynamics GP and 3rd party software releases and/or upgrades
- Experience in working with multiple client tickets simultaneously, while responding to client requests by phone and email
- Extensive experience in providing end user customer service
- Expert-level functional knowledge to assist in the evaluation and testing of Dynamics GP, 3rd party service releases and/or upgrades, and HRIS Quadrant application

Public Sector Experience – 5%
- 5+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically in maintaining and supporting systems such as Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards (OHRS) compliant Financial and Human Resource Management Systems.
- Knowledge of personal health information protection legislative requirements and how they apply to developing and maintaining healthcare systems containing personal health information (PHI)
- Over 3 years of experience in supporting financial / enterprise systems and applications
- Over 3 years payroll application experience
