JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Customer Lifecycle Management team, within Canadian Division Marketing, is looking for an experienced results-driving Digital Marketing Specialist who can bring digital marketing assets to life that will deepen customer relationships and increase engagement across the entire customer lifecycle.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you have a strong interest in field of digital marketing that drives customer engagement and sales. You will be accountable for delivering digital assets for various marketing campaigns, in partnership with marketing managers. The role will be responsible for all phases of the digital asset implementation from ideation to results reporting. You will be joining an energetic, passionate, collaborative team whose mandate is to facilitate sales to maximize customer value and deepen customer relationships
This role has digital marketing, relationship building, and communications accountability.
The successful candidate will report to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing.
Key accountabilities include;
? Assist in the development of advisor and consumer digital marketing campaigns; working directly with digital service providers
? Work with marketing managers and various stakeholders to review creative/digital pieces and obtain approvals within an agile marketing squad environment.
? Liaison to the digital experience activation team that maps, builds, tests and launches email and marketing automation
? Brief Digital Marketing team on creative for all digital channels – email, social, web and more
? Provide campaign quality assurance, including: validating the placement of tracking codes at appropriate locations; reviewing campaign lead files; reviewing, testing and approving email templates and lists to ensure accuracy; reviewing pre- and post-deployment campaign files and pieces to ensure accuracy with data and offers, etc; and proofing content, layout and creative execution of external digital marketing communications
? Compile reporting to support deep dives into specific customer segments to obtain insights that can be used to improve future phases of the campaign
? Monitor, analyze and report key performance metrics for campaigns and recommendations on best practices
? Oversight and ownership of digital assets, for example supporting websites
