Digital Marketing Manager – Retail Insurance
Responsibilities:
• Create marketing strategies that deliver business outcomes
• Work with Marketing Director to develop an always-on content marketing strategy, roadmap and editorial plan in support of marketing initiatives for business development efforts
• Drive adoption of marketing automation tools across cross-functional teams to improve upon existing sales processes and marketing lead generation opportunities ultimately aligned to broader company goals
• Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to track, measure and evaluate effectiveness to achieve business goals
• Research content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels.
• Conduct advisor and customer research to inform marketing strategies including using human centered design, design thinking and problem-solving tools
• Define marketing positioning to align to product positioning and distribution strategies.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including (i.e. Creating marketing briefs, seeking internal/external sign offs, managing budgets and marketing calendars)
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to initiate projects within tight production deadlines.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop schedules, project plans, facilitate meetings, and keep minutes, and follow-up on outstanding items with team members from different areas.
• Manage relationships with creative and media agencies
• Ensure our brand messages are consistent
• Oversee end-to-end performance of current and new enablement initiatives while continuously optimizing existing approaches.
• Evaluation of metrics and impact: Prudence in tracking sales enablement metrics and KPIs is vital to the growth and success of the sales enablement function they manage. Being able to demonstrate the business impact of their enablement efforts can lead to stakeholder buy-in and support for future endeavors, while also establishing trust between the revenue-facing teams they serve.

We are looking for someone with:
• Experience in all aspects of integrated marketing strategies: print to digital, and social.
• A proven track record of continuous learning and process improvement. You have an ability to share and reapply best practices to drive high impact strategies + tactics for growth.
• Experience with agile marketing approach
• Strategic thinker and pragmatic doer, with an ability to quickly learn, pivot, innovate, and drive results
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Strong data analytics skills and experience in measuring marketing effectiveness
• Experience with variety of marketing automation and CRM tools and platforms e.g. Seismic, Vidyard, Salesforce, content management platforms, Adobe Analytics, Smartsheet
• Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
• Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
• Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
• Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent understanding of sales enablement and digital marketing.
• University degree or equivalent; 5+ years digital marketing experience or four to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
