Delivery Manager- AML/ATF
Typical Day in Role:
• Serve as the AML/ATF KYC subject matter expert point of contact to 1st Line and other functional teams;
• Guide the business line in the enhancement of key AML/ATF and Sanctions controls to strengthen defenses;
• Act as subject matter advisor for matters such as client risk rating concurrence and recommendations for client exit for AML/ATF or Sanctions concerns;
• Provide guidance and respond to queries from various internal business partners relating to complex AML issues; identify unacceptable AML/ATF risk and collaborate with front-line to proactively manage and escalate these situations;
• Review and, where appropriate, recommend further escalation of various high risk triggers such as PEPs, negative media hits, high-risk geography, and other factors based on 1B identification;
• Participate in High Risk Customer reviews and make recommendations for approval/rejection to the Senior Manager, KYC Advisory and Head of Canada GBM AML Risk, as appropiate;
• Review client exception requests and determine the AML risk is acceptable for the bank and make recommendations for approval or denial of each request;
• Maintain a log of all exception requests and ensure they are escalated or resolved in a timely manner;
• Work with the Senior Manager, KYC Advisory and Head of Canada GBM AML Risk to provide policy guidance and interpretation to business and functional partners;
• Other duties as assigned as assigned by the Senior Manager, KYC Advisory, GBM AML Risk, Canada.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 3+ years KYC Onboarding experience in banking and financial services industry, preferable in Global Banking and Markets business
2) 3+ years of experience in AML/ATF compliance;
3) Strong knowledge of the Global Banking and Markets and Banking businesses
4) Previous Fenergo experience
5) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Sharepoint
Nice-To-Have Skills:
Capital Markets experience
CAMS certification

Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience;
