Contract Duration: 4 months
Your Business Line: Managing communication to clients regarding regulatory changes mandating the transition from benchmark interest rates to risk free interest rates in certain legal agreements.
Summary: The main function of the Data Analyst is to provide data analysis and project support by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions.
Daily Responsibilities:
– maintaining and updating client contact list
– following up with business lines to request information
– assembling build, creating periodic email communications to clients,
– tracking delivery success of these emails
– Monitoring certain ISDA websites to capture protocol adherences
– Ad hoc reporting and automation as required
– Sending out metrics from the Dashboards to report on Delta's
Qualification of Must have skills:
At least 2-4 years of hands on experience with the following:
1. Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced)
2. Experience managing a small-mid size database and/or managing the scope of a remediation project (i.e., database management and scope control)
3. SharePoint site administration, list management, light development
4, Tableau/Power BI reporting (creating dashboards and executive-level reports)
5. Experience in creating workflow / process flow diagrams
6. Experience working with and reconciling Capital Markets or Institutional client transactional data
7. Experience in reporting KPIs and reconciling large data sets
Nice to have:
1. Experience working at a global financial institution or asset manager
2. BA background
3. Familiarity with KYC/AML/Trade Reporting regulations
4. Worked with IHS Markit Data and Platform
