Title: Bilingual Customer Service/Support Analyst
Our client supports a team of Customer Service Representatives across the country and specifically looking to hire into Montreal team who support French language clients.
My CSRs support large National Clients (1,000 employees or greater) who use our products / services to run payroll. My CSRs do not run the payroll but support the system that the client’s payroll team is using.
**Strong communication – English and Fluent French
