Typical Day in Role:
– Maintain consistency in terminology and style, adhering to industry best practices and guidelines.
– Ensure accurate translation, from English to Spanish for various communication materials, including documents, presentations, and digital content.
– Take ownership of the SharePoint platform and manage content updates related to compliance topics
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and disseminate compliance-related information
– Ensure timely and accurate updates, maintaining a user-friendly interface and navigation experience
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years of experience translating documents for a corporate environment
2) 3+ Years in corporate communications environment content development
3) 3+ years experience with SharePoint or similar content management systems.
4) Fluency in Spanish (preferably native Spanish speaker)
5) Strong proficiency with MS Suite
6) Video editing capabilities
1) Experience translating documents in FI
3) Graphic Design Skills
