Story Behind the Need:
-Supports the global HR initiatives, does not support other business lines. Impacts all employees. Works on large initiatives. Multi-year complex projects – help build change management approach and working with dedicated project manager and project team. May support multiple large projects (up to 2) as well as small initiatives
• Project: 1 project (multi-year project), Channel Optimization project. Still at early stages, first agile release in next few months
Candidate Value Proposition: The selected candidate would be leading the change management workstream and will be able to influence, sell and deliver the change strategy and tactics to key stakeholders.
Typical Day in Role:
-Focused on advancing on change elements of project plan
– Support the development, delivery and management of communications
– Build training/learning material
– Meet with change champion group and sponsors
– Approximately 30% of role focused on overall project progress, conducting update meetings, presenting progress to leadership
– Approximately 70% of role focused on execution, refining the plan and interviewing stakeholders
Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ yrs’ experience in change management, leadership, and execution
2) Strong understanding of change management theory and methodologies
3) Demonstrated ability to build out change management strategies and design change management plans with key internal partners and experience in delivering large scale change management programs on a global basis
4) Strong MS Office skills with advanced PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
5) Experience creating and delivering presentations to various stakeholder groups (key internal partners, employees, etc.) including Executive level audiences with great clarity
6) Knowledge and experience in designing and developing learning content
