• Business group: GWRT – Global Risk Technology
• Project: UKBR project, related to Brexit.
• Reason for request: New resource required to complete UKBR project in FY2022

Typical Day in Role
• Production support (VAR and FRTB) and system enhancements
• Communicating with developers for enhancements, as well as end users
• Testing and deployment of new applications – engaged with the development team on a day-to-day basis
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
• Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 5+ years’ experience in relevant capacity as a BA, within the financial industry
• 3+ years’ experience in capital markets (across any asset classes)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Unix, Linux, and Shell scripting

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Regulatory experience is an asset
• Python experience (ability to read and understand code) is an asset
• Power BI experience is an asset

Soft Skills:
• Good communication
• Attention to detail

Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
