Business Systems Analyst- SuccessFactors (SAP)
Typical Day in Role:
• Create the Technical Requirements Document by coordinating meetings and gathering the required information across multiple stakeholder groups
• Document current company systems and processes
• Coordination & Review of the QAT & UAT Efforts
• Technical coordination among various stakeholders, including Business & Technology
• Translate data for presentation to other team members
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
1. 2+ years of experience in implementing Talent Management, Employee Central modules in SuccessFactors (SAP)
2. 5-7 years of previous experience working as a Business Systems Analyst
3. Experience in documenting technical requirements/specifications
4. Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
5. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
6. Experience in analyzing system records and translating data
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• ITIL Certified
• Experience in the Banking Industry or Public Sector is highly preferred
Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
• Possess a high attention to detail and be able to manage multiple players across different levels of the organization (including Senior Leadership Team)
• Ability to coordinate multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment (aka Task Master)
• Organization Skills are a must as the individual will be required to effectively gather the data, and uncover the requirements through meetings
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
Education/Experience:
• Post-secondary or Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or IT related field
