Position Title: Business Systems Analyst (London/Online Payment processing)

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Systems requirements management for the Technology Solutions team which supports the Customer Assistance Digital Capabilities. Includes liaising between the business, technology partners, vendors, and other stakeholder/SMES to plan elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage requirements. Will be required to attend business meetings as High level and detailed level business requirements are being defined, with the goal of defining the corresponding Technology System Requirements that will be used by the Solutions Designers to build, test and implement the technology solution. BSA will be required to support project team through initiation, planning, testing, change management and operational readiness. Will need to be able to understand, compare and document current vs target state, perform thorough gap analysis for meeting target state capabilities against business needs and understand how solutions will impact existing processes/systems. Responsible for producing appropriate artifacts in agreed to timelines.
Ability to work independently as the senior or lead system analyst and coach or guide team.
Experience and comfort level acting as a subject matter expert and consultant
1.) BSA Experienced in large scale Technology delivery ($3MM-$5MM)
2.) Proven ability to applying advanced to expert knowledge of business technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise, including design, development, testing and project management (SDLC)
3.) Advanced to expert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.
4.) Advanced / Expert at MS Office Suite (preference to Excel and Microsoft Project Plan) as well as Confluence
5) Proven facilitation experience. Ability to confidently present solution requirements to business partners and vendors
