– Business group: Global Cash Management Technology
– Project: The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.
– Reason for request: Backfill

Typical Day in Role:
– Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing and delivering features iteratively
– Consistently demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery
– Consistently demonstrate Lean principles for efficient delivery
– Work with the Product Owners and Project Managers on defining the project’s detailed scope
– Responsible for creating, refining and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs
– Responsible for translating legacy system code into requirements
– Work with the Product Owner and other BAs on the prioritization of the product backlog of user stories
– Work with the Product Owner, BAs, and Quality Assurance Analysts on defining acceptance criteria sufficiently for testing
– Work with the Product Owner to confirm the delivered solution is in fulfillment of the stated requirements

Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
– +5 years of BA experience with JIRA and confluence, preferably in payments technology
– +3 years of Front and banking experience
– Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions
– SDLC understanding
– Planning, documentation, analysis and business requirements management techniques
– Ability to have a business-oriented vision
– Testing, verification and validation techniques

Nice-To-Have Skills:
– CBAP Certification
– MBA or other related advanced degree preferred

Soft Skills:
– Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
– Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
– Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
– Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions
– Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions

Best vs. Average Candidate:
– Demonstrated ability to work in agile and fast paced environment with story sketching and mapping experience.

Education/Experience:
– Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
