Story Behind the Need:
Project: As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be leading and overseeing Digital Engineering Operations in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures

Typical Day in Role:
– Manages bank mobile portal to align with bank security standards and guidelines
– Acquaintance with mobile app portals, such as Apple Store Connect and Google Play Console
– Able to manage user access requests for mobile app portals, e.g., add/remove/modify user access
– Familiar with iOS and Android app release process
– Proficient in dealing with API keys, Identifiers, provisioning profiles, distribution certificates and push notification certificates
– Experienced in internal audit/control in a large corporation
– Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviours; communicating vison/values/business strategy; and, managing succession and development planning for the team
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years of experience in a similar Business Systems Analyst role
2) 5+ years of experience with Mobile App/support/auditing – individual will pride yourself on analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
3) 2+ years of experience with Google Play Store and Apple Store

– Self-starter that actively engages issues seeking resolution, ability to meet dynamic changes on prioritization
– Excellent communications skills to coordinate with high ranking individuals internally (Sr Manager and Director level generally)
– Ability to manage assigned tasks and expectations without direct instruction or oversight
– Fast, adaptable learner who can hit the ground running
– Ability to work well under pressure while demonstrating strong professionalism

– Candidate must have an open mind when it comes to approach, and be able to assess each situation separately

Degrees or certifications:
