Business Analyst (Finance Systems & Integrations)

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a variety of Finance technology initiatives, including the implementation and integration of third-party applications with an enterprise ERP platform. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on Business Analyst who can quickly understand business processes and requirements, work effectively across Finance and Technology teams, and support projects through implementation. Key Responsibilities Support Finance technology, application and systems integration projects. Gather, analyze and document business, functional and system requirements. Map current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Support the implementation and integration of third-party applications with enterprise ERP and related systems. Facilitate requirements, business process, solution design and technical discussions with key stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Balance business requirements with technical constraints and integration dependencies. Partner with Finance, Technology, vendors and project teams to support successful delivery. Support solution testing, deployment and implementation activities. Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and assist with driving them through resolution. Develop and maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates on key deliverables. Qualifications 7+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong experience supporting Finance systems, enterprise applications and/or ERP projects. Demonstrated experience with systems integrations and third-party application implementations. Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and functional specification experience. Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deliverables. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams. Experience with Business Analysis tools such as Visio and/or Lucidchart. Knowledge of SOX, financial controls and/or audit requirements is a strong asset. Experience with Business Intelligence, Data, Software/Application Development and/or Infrastructure initiatives is an asset. Business Analysis certification is an asset.
