The successful candidate will have the opportunity to: perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.

Typical Day in Role:
– Working across multiple teams to plan timelines, provide consultation as a technical resource
– Working with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
– Leveraging Data Stage to support the extraction/connection to databases to perform data quality profiling and data quality rule generation
– Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
– Knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage
– Data mapping in an Agile environment

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
– 3-5 Years of relevant experience as a BA
– Ability to use Data Stage is a must
– Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
– Familiar with SQL, Python and Information Analyzer required
– Previous banking experience

Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Bilingual – Spanish
– Strong presentation skills
– Experience working as a Data Analyst an asset

Soft Skills:
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Self-Starter
– Ability to work independently
– High attention to detail

Degrees or certifications:
– University Education in a STEM related field
