Location Address: WFH (Ontario Work From Home)
Contract Duration: ASAP to 03/12/2022 + possibility for extension

Typical Day in Role:
-liaise with technology partners and data office department
-create requirements for data lineage and data quality to new data standards that are compliant
-migrating to a new system
-updating standards to be compliant with new data office standards
-monitors data quality on business banking and portfolio credit risk
-monitoring SLAs and reporting systems
-tracking data flows to report
-supporting credit risk reporting functions
-this role is part of business team, not technology team
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5-10+ experience as Business Analyst – experience with cost-benefit analysis, documentation and gathering requirements
2) Experience in Data Governance
3) Intermediate knowledge/understanding of SQL (will not be creating queries)
4) Some Project Management skills – i.e. budgeting and costing exposure
Soft skills:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-great teamwork and interpersonal skills
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• FI/Banking is a great
• PMP or CBAP is an asset
Degrees or certifications:
-Bachelor’s degree – preference in computer science or business-related field
