Story behind the need:
Project: Regulatory project related to consumer provisions and consumer protection (enterprise consumer protection program). Business line is setting up a new project for their work stream.

Typical Day in the role:
– Conduct current state assessment and gap analysis, develop plan and close the gap
– Lead the business requirement gathering process (e.g., processes, policies, procedures & disclosures inventory, existing BRD expansion or BRD creation, stakeholder socialization)
– Maintain the traceability matrix
– Build target operating model
– Develop training plan & contents where applicable
– Support the project manager
– Interact with enterprise program, front office, legal, compliance, mid office and back office
– Focused on retail banking and communication
– Supports one or more highly complex business processes
– Works on multiple projects as a project team member
Must have hard skills (3-5):
1. 5- 10+ years of BA experience
2. 5+ years of banking experience
3. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to have hard skills:
1. Regulatory project experience
2. Capital markets experience
3. Project management experience
Soft Skills:
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment
– Detail oriented
Education/ years of overall experience: Bachelor's degree (experience more important)
