Bilingual Training Advisor (Spanish) x 2
Typical Day in Role:
– Involved with the design and build of training materials, complete needs analysis, designing instructor training, create eLearning content, creating PP decks, lead and facilitate discussions, create learning objectives, helping stakeholders understand why they are learning
– Delivering material to stakeholders (managers, directors etc)
– Facilitating question and answer sessions
– Facilitate and create materials in Spanish to communicate with International Banking LatAm – could be 50% of role
– Respond to system knowledge inquiries
– Update training materials as required
– 50% building training materials and 50% training
– Run demos (train the trainer piece), but also train stakeholders themselves
– Create eLearning Content using Articulate Storyline
– Drafting some communications (training invites, thank you messages etc…)
– Keeping attendance and records (of the people that are being trained)
– Evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) Bilingual in Spanish (fluent/professional proficiency)
2) 3-5+ years of experience creating a training plan (corporate training) and delivering/roll out
3) 3-5+ years’ experience in end-to-end training process (from need analysis to evaluation)
4) 3-5+ years’ experience training on technological solutions with ability to effectively communicate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical audiences
5) 1-2 years of experience working with Camtasia
Nice-To-Have Skills (in order of preference):
1) Certification in Adult Education Preferred – demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and a variety of design and development principles and methodologies
2) Change management experience
3) Project management knowledge
4) Experience with Articulate storyline
5) Experience with Adobe Indesign, Photoshop
6) Experience with global implementation
7) Demonstrated knowledge of developing storyboards for creation of eLearning programs
8) Experience with online delivery (without seeing verbal cues)

Education:
– Any university undergrad program
– Certification in Adult Education Preferred
