We’re looking for an intermediate Bilingual Tech Support resource. This person will assist with installing new equipment, removal of old equipment, prepping the space, training users, refreshing laptops etc.
What we’re looking for:
MANDATORY – Bilingual in french
1+ yrs exp with desk side/remote support ideally within a large enterprise organisation
Strong network troubleshooting skills
Call Center experience is a definite asset (Avaya, Genesis)
Strong exp with Windows applications
Moving of hardware from one area to another, manually or using material handling equipment.
Packaging and shipping of equipment
Tasks are assigned, vary, and have a start and end. Duration of task assignments can vary.
Under general supervision, performs day to day tasks that are repetitive, however, vary in specifics of what is required.
Gather hardware/software requirements from internal staff.
Perform general IT duties
Might be asked to assist in providing general IT support of new technologies to internal staff.
Removal and cleaning of existing hardware for re purpose Sorting and organisation of equipment/hardware Compiles and maintains manual or computerised records of hardware inventory.
Installation of hardware and equipment
Keep working environment clean and organised

Experience with Lenovo products is a definite asset
