Bilingual Senior HR Generalist
Job Description
– Responsible for all employee relations including performance management and discipline.
– Management of HR system including reporting, attendance and time reporting.
– Provide on boarding training and facilitation.
– Involved with labour planning and management.
Qualifications include:
– University degree and CHRP;
– Demonstrated experience as a HR Generalist;
– Experience handling complex employee relationship issues;
– Experience managing HR systems and technology; and
– Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
