Bilingual Junior Customer Service Representative (FR/ENG)
Typical day to day in this role.
-The successful candidate will be overseeing our process to ensure Bill 96 compliance which includes; monitoring and addressing all requests received through our language preference web form, engaging the customer to provide direct support for their requests when required.
-In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the process, mapping of communication processes and regular reporting of the requests that have been received and addressed.
