Bilingual Integration Business Continuity Representative (FR/EN)
Typical Day in Role
• Work directly with the Business users to configure various items on their laptops
• Work directly with the Business users to get their iPhones properly configured
• Business user communications in person verbal and at times in writing
• Coordinating with the users and the project resources to address their technical needs.
• Submitting requests through Service Now on behalf of the users and following them through to resolution
• Management and maintenance of information related to users and devices as required
• End user request and incident reporting with escalating to the project team
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Team
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related field with experience supporting end user
• Must be fluently bi-lingual (French/English) and familiar with French keyboard and French versions of Windows / Office
• High level of competency using Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of back-office processes and end to end workflows in IT&S/ Tech
• Previous experience with ServiceNow
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with our IT processes in terms of end user requests and incident reporting.
• Knowledge of our Global Wealth business groups or Wealth Banking
• Familiarity with the IT&S teams that support Global Wealth is an asset

• Must be a proactive, organized, self-starting, results-oriented and highly motivated individual

• Sensitivities around Integration and associated staff feelings in relation to the changes
• Business Attire is expected (shirt and tie minimum)
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in order to effectively work with Wealth staff and senior management.
