Bilingual Consultant, Talent Management/Onboarding
In this role, you will:
- Provide recommendation to the onboarding project team to achieve a personalized, user-friendly, consistent and technology-enabled positive employee experience
- Update or create new written content and/or design to implement onboarding activities in a new digital tool
- Define and develop new processes for seamless execution
- Perform data analysis, reporting and formulate recommendations for program and/or process enhancements
- Support ongoing operations within the talent team such as managing outlook inbox, creating invites in career zone, leading focus groups, etc
- Conducting interviews, focus groups and surveys, then analyzing and synthesizing information into presentations and action plans
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with teams and vendors including Digital HR, HR Analytics and others.
- Lead relevant ad-hoc Talent Management projects and initiatives
Preferred Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or any other relevant experiences
- Experience in employee experience programs, training or program delivery
- MS Excel skills, including manipulating and presenting results using graphs/charts
- MS PowerPoint skills, including embedding graphs/charts, use of graphics suitable for a Senior Executive audience
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to design processes and methods to minimize errors
- Strong, proven critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage a number of concurrent projects with tight deadlines
- Interest in staying relevant and knowledgeable of external talent management/employee experience trends and leading practices and how it relates to the business
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships and credibility across HR and the business
- Bilingual (French and English oral and written) is an asset
