Bilingual Construction Coordinator (FR/EN)
The candidate will:
•Follow up with suppliers and contractors in order to respect the deployment plan and budget forecasts.
•Keep implementation activities and tasks up to date in the tracking tool.
•Management and monitoring of equipment inventories at our warehouses and at our contractors location
•Support deployment teams in equipment ordering tasks
•Collaborate with national groups in the administration of files related to the various deployment programs.
•Support the invoice payment process using different web platforms / applications.
•Keep the documentation up to date.
•Initiate the requests for planned work on the network.
•Assist in the coordination of commissioning activities
•Collaborate with operations groups to support the existing network
•Support the activities of the regional warehouse for operations
•Participate in the national budget request for spare parts for existing networks
Requirement:
•Bilingual (French, English)
•Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
•Works well in a team
