Bilingual Communications Specialist (FR/ENG)
Typical day to day in this role:
-Proofreading customer facing communications,
-coordinating cross-functionally with different teams to understand communication requirements,
-drafting communications of different types (small SMS campaigns);
-owning the end-to-end process of creating and delivering impactful customer-facing communications.
-Writing creative briefs, review proposed projects and giving feedback.
