Associate Automation

Role Responsibilities:
• Create automated processes using a variety of tools to drive operational efficiency
• Modify existing production scripts enable fully-automated execution
• Creation of curated data tables to assist in regular reporting
• Understanding of end-to-end data flow
• Document processes, including dependencies and inputs/output

Must Have Skills:
• 3+ years proven experience working with SQL language and large datasets
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with large datasets, both structured and unstructured data, using programming language such as SAS, SQL or related
• Experienced user of the SAS Macro language
• Experience with UNIX command line
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial services and asset management (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives, etc.) an asset
• Post-Secondary education in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Business
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau experience as well
• A passion for data, efficiency, and evangelizing data usage

Nice to Have Skills:
– FI EXPERIENCE and Telecommunications experience
