Job Title: Application Support Analyst -Capital Markets- (Broadway applications)

One of our Banking Clients is looking to add candidates to their support team. These will be intermediate to senior level roles. Our client is looking for individuals who have Electronic trading experience who can help us beef up our support staff on our Broadway environment. The main responsibility of these resources will be to keep a close eye on our Broadway components and provide L1/L2 support as well as root cause investigations. Further to that, said resources will be responsible for tracking/completing/troubleshooting any electronic client on-boarding requests and work with FO for any urgent requests.

1-2 years development experience
Minimum 3-5 years Support experience
Possesses a university degree/college diploma in applied technologies
Worked with extremely low latency applications
Experience in the Capital Markets trading products space
Experience with FIX Protocol
