Accounting Clerk
Role Mandate:
The Automotive Finance team is looking to hire a contractor to assist with payment processing and foreign exchange transactions for RV Trailer manufacturers. There are currently 2 other team members in this position with many years’ experience who will be great knowledge resources and will be available for training. Accounts are assigned individually however team members communicate very frequently and work together.
Role Responsibilities:
• Processing invoices
• Processing financial transactions
• Ensuring foreign exchange transactions are accurate
• Manage inbox (must be timely and responsive)
• Ensuring Excel spreadsheets are accurate and sending to dealers/manufacturers
Must-Have Skills:
• MS Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Accounting knowledge (understand debits and credits)
• Data entry experience
• Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• FI/Lending experience
• Education with focus in Accounting/Finance
