UAT Tester Intermediate

Role Mandate:
The UAT tester will be joining the UAT Center of Excellence team to assist with the Platform migration project currently in development. Candidates will be responsible to document and execute test cases. We are looking for candidates that can start and ramp up quickly with little training and supervision.

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Focusing on execution
• Running existing test cases (already created)
• Raising defects
• Tracking defects in ALM/JIRA
• Sharing defects with team/business
• Production implementation verification
• Daily stand up meetings

Must-Have Skills:
• Fast learner
• Able to ask thoughtful questions
• Confidence in abilities
• Detail oriented
• Able to work with minimal supervisor
• Able to work under pressure in fast paced environment
• UAT experience (min 4 years)
• Completed post-secondary education (if not then the candidate must have testing/UAT experience)

Priority will be given to the candidates who has:
• Banking experience (especially in Wealth)
• Agile/Scrum
• Testing experience (especially in Mobile, Tablet and banking systems)
• Business background with technical focus
• SDLC experience
