SailPoint IIQ Developer
Typical Day in Role
• Assess the current state and identify the deficiencies related to task failures (correlation, synchronization) and end-to-end ILM-related workflows (onboarding/offboarding)
• Provide the list of remediations with prioritization and identify key areas of changes in LAM to support the recommended remediations
• Provide the target state architecture and design to address the recommended remediations
• Build, test and deploy the remediations, provide training, communication on the changes where it’s applicable and makes sense.
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills
1. 5+ years of experience in IT and Cyber
2. 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management. Must have good understanding about Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes (business and IT)
3. 3+ years of experience with SailPoint IIQ development.
o Demonstrate good understanding of SailPoint IIQ development framework and proficient in Java and XML coding
4. Capable to drive the adoption of creative solutions to address complex global IAM and Cyber-related problems
5. Develop effective architecture solutions not only satisfy immediate project needs but also deliver a coherent, reusable pattern
6. Strong analytical and strategic thinker, and ability to explain complex technical problems in a layman terms
7. Familiar with testing lifecycle (unit, QA, defect remediation with at least 1 year experience working with CI/CD pipeline and Agile methodology)
Nice to Have Skills
• Knowledge of Cyber security
• Familiar with Agile methodology (epic, story definition, sprint planning)
• SailPoint certification

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors
• Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
• Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high scale project
Education
• Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
